Orbital Wrapper System

Canrack’s Orbital Wrapper systems are designed to handle your long products and apply tension film. Wrapping products are becoming more popular due to their lower cost potential for packaging consumables as well as their superior properties.

Wrapping loads allows for 2 benefits: 1) protection and 2) containment. By choosing a particular film type, specialty metals can benefit from added moisture and rust protection. Adding a backer board to otherwise soft or limber material allows you to ship to your customer without the risk of transit damage that can happen with tubes or loose pieces.

Our systems are designed around any brand wrapper or we can offer a complete system. Infeed conveyors with or without order staging and exit conveyors with order accumulation are available.
